About to CEERMS 2026
The 2026 International Conference on Civil Engineering, Environmental Resources and Materials Science (CEERMS 2026) will be held grandly in Xi'an, the city where Chinese history, culture and technological innovation intersect. This conference focuses on the interdisciplinary and collaborative development of civil engineering, sustainable utilization of environmental resources, and advanced materials science, aiming to build a high-level and international academic exchange platform that brings together experts, scholars, researchers, engineering technicians, and policy makers in the fields of civil engineering, environmental science, materials science, ecology, urban planning, and green technology. The conference will focus on cutting-edge topics such as green and intelligent civil engineering structural design, research and application of high-performance concrete and new building materials, resource utilization and circular construction technology of construction waste, urban water resource management and water environment governance, soil remediation and pollution prevention and control, low-carbon building materials and carbon emission assessment, ecological city and sustainable infrastructure construction, integrated application of renewable energy in construction engineering, role of environmental functional materials in air purification and water treatment, and practical application of digital twin technology in urban environment and engineering management. Through various forms such as keynote speeches, thematic forums, paper presentations, and technical case sharing, we aim to promote the harmonious coexistence of engineering construction and ecological environment. CEERMS 2026 emphasizes the core concepts of "green construction, resource recycling, and material innovation", and is committed to serving the national "dual carbon" strategy, ecological civilization construction, and the development needs of new urbanization. The high-quality papers accepted by the conference will be recommended for publication in international journals indexed by SCI, EI, or Scopus to enhance academic influence.
Record
All full paper submissions to the CEERMS 2026 could be written in English and will be sent to at least two reviewers and evaluated based on originality, technical or research content or depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability. All accepted papers of CEERMS 2026 will be published in the conference proceedings, which will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Contributors are encouraged to submit papers / abstracts to the conference. The organizing committee will select high-quality papers and recommend them to SCI/SSCI journals. For specific matters, please contact the person in charge of the conferrence.
Submission Guidelines
Delegates are encouraged to submit their papers/abstracts to the conference. Good quality papers will be selected by the organizing committee and Prof. Soteris Kalogirou, the editor in chief. After it, the authors will be invited to extent their papers/abstracts and submit them to ceerms@sub-paper.com. The normal size of research papers is 4,000-6,000 words excluding abstract and references.
